Cashew Kernels

Cashew kernels are the final product of raw cashew nuts, processed through various techniques, including traditional methods like drum roasting. Known for their delightful taste and numerous health benefits, cashew kernels are rich in calcium, a great source of protein, and packed with nutrients. These attributes contribute to several health benefits, including cholesterol inhibition, enhanced bone health, and blood sugar control.

The major cashew processing countries are Vietnam and India, producing approximately 300,000 and 800,000 metric tonnes of cashews, respectively. Expanding its footprint in the cashew industry, Inter Agro Group established its first cashew processing plant in Tamil Nadu, India, in 2016. Currently, Inter Agro Group operates six cashew processing factories.
