Processing Facilities
Our 12 strategic storage facilities span Dubai, Rotterdam, Singapore, Nairobi, Karachi and Abidjan. With a combined capacity of 500,000 MT, our silos and ambient warehouses are equipped with temperature monitoring, grain aeration systems, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance. We maintain bonded warehouse status in Dubai, Rotterdam and Singapore for duty-deferred storage.
Our processing plants in Ukraine, Ethiopia and Ivory Coast include grain cleaning lines, colour sorters (Sortex machines), destoners, gravity tables and packaging lines. This allows us to add value close to origin and supply graded, cleaned and packed commodities directly to buyers with no additional processing required at destination.
Our owned and long-term leased transport fleet includes bulk trucks, flatbed trailers, refrigerated units and grain tippers across Ukraine, Kenya, Ivory Coast and the UAE. For intercontinental shipment, we operate through a network of preferred shipping lines and charter brokers, giving us access to bulk vessels, container ships and project cargo vessels.
We operate semi-automated and fully automated packing lines capable of producing 25 kg, 50 kg, and 1 MT FIBC (big bag) formats. Our packaging facility in Dubai handles re-packaging for Middle East distribution, with a capacity of 2,000 MT per day across multiple commodity lines.
We have formal operating agreements and preferred client status at ports in Rotterdam (Netherlands), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Aqaba (Jordan), Mombasa (Kenya), Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Karachi (Pakistan) and Chittagong (Bangladesh). These agreements guarantee berth priority, competitive handling rates and fast customs clearance.
In 2020 we launched our proprietary digital trade platform — AgriFlow — enabling real-time price discovery, contract management, shipment tracking, document exchange and cargo insurance procurement. All clients have access to a dedicated portal providing live updates on their orders, quality certificates and shipping documents.
