Consumed in a variety of ways through numerous by-products, soybeans are commonly processed using two methods: fermentation and non-fermentation. Some of the many fermented products include soy sauce, tempeh, and miso, while well-known unfermented products include tofu, soy milk, and sprouts.
Approximately 350-360 million metric tons of soybeans are produced globally, with major producers being India, the USA, and Brazil. Recognizing the crucial role soybeans play in the global food economy due to the high demand for their by-products, Inter Agro Group initiated its operations in trading soybeans, demonstrating a strong commitment to the agricultural community.
